This adaptive re-use of a 1950s warehouse building sits adjacent to an elevated section of IH 35. The main entry signage structure creates a dialogue with the highway while also identifying the entry at street level. The structure carries light and color into the main interior space through skylights and varying suspended lights. Phase II included similar upgrades connecting the two buildings transforming the once service alley into an outdoor courtyard.
